Best Practices and Tips for Applying 

  • Make sure you meet the minimum education and experience required for the role
  • Your application or resume should clearly demonstrate that you have the minimum qualifications required for the role
  • Ensure all requested attachments are included and marked 鈥淩elevant鈥
  • Apply for roles that meet your expected salary range.  Offers will be commensurate with the candidate鈥檚 experience and qualifications and will thoughtfully consider internal pay equity for agency staff who perform similar duties and have similar qualifications. The top half of the posted salary range is generally reserved for candidates who far exceed the requirements and qualifications for the role.

You鈥檝e Applied, What鈥檚 Next? 

  • Applications that meet the minimum education/experience requirements will be shared with the hiring manager within 24-48 hours of your submission. Applications submitted on the weekends or holidays will be shared on the next available business day.
  • Most hiring processes include a phone interview, pre-interview activity, and panel interview.
  • The full hiring process (from posting date to offer) on average is 70 days.
  • Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the hiring division.
